Q. How much does your service cost?
A. Shopping Fee:
If your order is under $50, a shopping fee of $4.95 will be applied. If the order is over $50, the shopping fee will be waived.
Delivery Fee:
There is a $6.95 delivery fee charged for each order.

Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. Hornbacher’s accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.
Cash, Checks, Coupons, Food Stamps, and WIC Vouchers will not be accepted for online orders.
Q. What if I cannot find an item?
A. Our online store is always growing.
If you cannot find an item but you would like to add it to today’s order, simply type your request in the Special
Instructions area located in the checkout process.
