SLOW COOKER CHILI

Serves : 8 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 29 ounce can light red kidney beans (29 ounce) rinsed and drained
  • 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce (15 ounce)
  • 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles (14.5 ounce) undrained
  • 1 4 ounce can diced jalapeno peppers (4 ounce)
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 2 1.25 ounce packets chili seasoning mix (1.25 ounce)

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.

Cook on LOW 8-10 hours or HIGH 6-8 hours or until meat is very tender.
