  • 1/2 cup Essential Everyday Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Essential Everyday Blended Plain Lowfat Yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons Essential Everyday Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Essential Everyday Red Wine Vinegar
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 2.8 ounce package Essential Everyday Real Bacon Pieces
  • 3/4 cup Essential Everyday Raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion


In large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar and vinegar; salt and pepper to taste.

Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.

Refrigerated, covered, several hours or overnight.
